  • Submissions must be professional, factual, and relevant to ATSEP or aviation safety electronics
  • Content must be original or properly attributed
  • Authors are responsible for factual accuracy
  • Sponsor content will constitute a maximum of 20% total newsletter content
  • Editorial team may make light edits for clarity, grammar, and formatting
  • ATSEP technical operations and engineering practice
  • Human factors, training, and competency development
  • Safety culture, lessons learned, and implementation experience
  • Regional collaboration initiatives and standards awareness
  • Personal attacks or defamatory statements
  • Political campaigning or unrelated advocacy
  • Confidential operational details or restricted information
  • Commercial promotion without editorial approval
  • Contributions should occupy 300 – 500 words or less. Depending on the nature of the publication and by prior agreement, this limit could extend up to 800 words.
  • Clear title and author name
  • Use short paragraphs and plain professional language
  • Include references or source links where relevant
  • Optional image submissions should include usage rights/permission
  • Submission does not guarantee publication
  • IFATSEA PAR may schedule, shorten, or decline submissions for editorial fit
  • Final publication timing is determined by the editorial calendar
  • To be considered for the next issue, submit contributions before the editorial deadline announced for each cycle.
